Lei Cha Rice

I had a healthy breakfast this morning because i ate this Lei Cha rice. As you can see, it’s just vegetables and nuts. Ya, full of nuts, but don’t worry, it won’t turn you into nuts after eating it!

Nuts –> Omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, protein

Vege –> Vitamins, minerals, fibre

Green tea –> EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate), tea polyphenols

Eating lei cha rice is a good choice to make if you happen to go to kopitiam.

Comment: It’s priced at RM 3.50. Most hawker food are priced at RM 3.50 or above in JB, so I’m giving it a 4-star.

Deliciousness

Comment: I appreciate this food because of the health benefits, deliciousness is rather non-applicable here as it’s only rice, vege + green tea. You can’t be much creative. So, the 4-star is actually a rating to its healthiness rather than its deliciousness.

  3. Yes, if it is served with brown rice and priced at RM 3, I would certainly give 5-stars to both the value and deliciousness.
